Tofu Sandwich on Moroccan Bread

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 Moroccan-style flat bread
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) Tofu spread
  • 2 lettuce leaves of your choosing
  • 2 radishes, very thinly sliced
  • A few slices cucumber
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Cut bread in two lengthwise. Spread bottom with tofu and top with lettuce, radish, cucumber and onion. Season with pepper to taste and close.
