  • 2 or 3 white and red endives
  • 1 container Fountain of Health Beet Hummus
  • 1 container Fountain of Health Hummus, any other flavor
  • Fresh chives, coarsely chopped
  • Pistachios or walnuts

Detach white and red endive leaves.

Using a pastry bag fitted with a decorative tip, stuff white endives with beet hummus and red endives with your other selected hummus flavor.

Decorate with chives and nuts.
