Mini-sliders with Hummus

  • 454 g (1 lb) lean ground beef or lamb
  • Vegetable oil (optional)
  • 8 small hamburger rolls
  • 2 to 3 varieties Fountain of Health Hummus (including the beet one)
  • Your choice of lettuce leaves or arugula

Preparation

Form ground beef or lamb into small patties.

On the barbecue or a lightly-oiled pan, cook mini-burgers and toast rolls. Place burgers on toasted bread, top with greens and various Fountain of Health hummus flavours, including the beet-flavoured one to add great taste and colour!
